Atlas Trailer Coach Products welcomes you to our new website and online ordering system. Please read the information below to find helpful navigation tips about our website.

Browser:
If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser you may be asked to download the “Google Chrome Frame” plug-in. “Google Chrome Frame” works behind the scenes of your current browser and enhances performance & website viewing ability. For optimal performance we recommend you use “Mozilla Firefox” or “Google Chrome”. Both web browsers are free to download.

Account:

  • Orders: This feature allows you to view and print orders that you have phoned, faxed, or placed online.
  • Profile: This feature will allow you to reset your password. You can do this whenever or as often as you choose. We STRONGLY suggest that anytime an employee leaves your company that you change your password to prevent outside access to your account. Although the information on this site is kept secure, for added protection please change your password quarterly. You may also choose whether or not to receive order confirmation emails by checking the box provided.

Cart:
The “Cart” button will show you in detail what items you have been accumulating throughout the day. It will allow you to build your order between taking calls and helping customers. If you know the part number you want, simply type it in the part number field and press enter. If your primary branch doesn’t have the requested quantity on hand you will see either a green check mark or a red “X” beside the other branch locations. Please note, a green check mark will appear if quantity is one or more. Please call your primary Atlas branch if you would like the remaining balance shipped from an alternate location as it will NOT be shipped automatically. Items from other Atlas locations will be sent on the next available transfer upon request. Manufacturer part numbers may also be entered; automatically Atlas will cross reference the manufacturer part numbers to the current Atlas part number. To edit the quantity of the item simply change the number. To advance to the next line press enter or tab. Click the red trash can button on the left hand side to completely remove that item from your cart. If you wish to start a new order click “empty cart” at the bottom of the page. To review your order, enter your purchase order and any additional order notes in the field provided and click the “review order” button. If you are satisfied with your order and want to proceed click the “submit order” button. Please be advised that quantities may change throughout the day as your items are not committed until you submit your order.

Search Parts:
This feature is located at the top right side of your page. In this field you can type in the Atlas part number, manufacturer number or part description. Example: if you were to search (park adapter) anything with the word “park adapter” would appear simply by pressing enter on your keyboard. You may also search by supplier by clicking on the “supplier” button. This will list all of our suppliers.

Categories:
The “category” tab is broken down in the same way as you see it in our catalogue. By moving your mouse over the various main categories the entire breakdown of subcategories will appear. Click on the different subcategories to view all parts associated with that heading, to narrow your search click on the specific headings within each subcategories for a detailed list of products.

Clearance:
This part of the website will showcase items that will become available to purchase at significant savings! Make sure to watch this section, as there are limited quantities available and items are updated regularly.

**Please Note**

Grouped Products:
Grouped products have more than one part number associated with an image. To view all part numbers within that group click the plus box or click on the image. Click on individual product number to view individual image and description. For example, a plastic roof vent comes in multiple colors, each having their own part number, but are grouped together under one image.  

Product Breakdown:
When the list of results from your search appears you will be able to add individual items to your cart by typing in the quantity you require in the field provided. If the stock availability, price and part number bar does not appear next to your item, this means it is a grouped product. By clicking on the “+” button you have the option to add this item to your cart, or by clicking on the photo you’ll see a more detailed description of the item. For an enlarged view of the image simply click on it. You may add an item to your cart by clicking the “add” button. For quantities greater than one, type your quantity in the field provided and click “add” or press enter. If the requested quantity cannot be fulfilled you will be notified immediately with a red message under the part number area.
At the top right of the page you will find the “Dealer/Retail” button. By clicking “Retail” only the suggested retail price will appear. By clicking on the same button which will now be called “Dealer”, you will see both the dealer price (in black) and suggested retail price (in red).

Inventory:
When viewing an item, a green check mark, a red “X” or a warning triangle appears. The green check mark advises you that we have a minimum of one item available at your primary branch. A green check mark with the red text, “Not all of the requested quantity is in stock. Call warehouse for details.” means we have partial stock and not enough to fill the quantity requested. The warning triangle notifies you that although your primary branch is currently out of sock, that product is available in another branch. By adding it to your cart you are able to view where the other stock is located. Please call your primary branch for an ETA on these items. The red “X” means that there is no inventory anywhere at this time.

Part numbers in the 9000 series:
Part numbers in the 9000 series (service parts) that are not in the catalogue are not searchable online; however you can order them by adding them to your cart. Be advised that some of these parts may not have photos or descriptions associated with their part numbers.
